ARE YOUR FSMA READY? Are you a small or medium sized business? Do you need resources to determine your status and what you may need to do? Are you subject to or “covered” under the Produce Safety Rule as a Farm, Processing Facility or Packing Operation? Is your facility “covered” under the Preventive Controls Rule? Are you defined as “exempt”? Maybe you already know but need to make sure you are up to date on the current phase in of FSMA.
